So the breakdown for the day?? 9 servings of fruit and veggies. Not nearly enough protein, I'm sure, and a grand total of 1424 calories. Not a bad day, by any stretch!
I have a great app on my iphone called MyFitnessPal - they have a website too - myfitnesspal.com(and your accounts will talk to each other, so you can update either way) and you can set up what % of your daily calories are fat, carbs, protein, etc. It has BY FAR the most thorough database of foods I've ever encountered. It also let you track exercise and some measurements.
I NEED to be this discipline when I journal. Your blogs gives me inspiration babe. Thank you for being so honest. <3

I've found that if I don't track everything I eat, I ALWAYS end up eating WAY more than I had thought
