This Is How We Do

20 minutes here...


Followed by 20 minutes here...


And finishing up with 20 minutes here...


is the preferred cardio work out this week.  It's intense too!!!  Throw in a little pilates in the morning, and I'm all set.  One day, I will look good.  I can feel it coming.  [That's what she said!]
